Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from info@herbalizestore.co.uk containing your tracking number.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

LOCATION

Our warehouse is located in Northern Ireland. Orders shipped within the UK and EU do not incur additional customs or import charges. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and seasonal volume.

Discreet Shipping

All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no product branding or description of contents. The sender name does not reference Herbalize Store.

Dispatch Times (UK Time)

  • Orders placed before 11:00 am (UK time) Monday to Thursday, same day dispatch
  • Orders placed before 10:00 am (UK time) Friday, same day dispatch
  • Orders placed after the cut off time, or during weekends or public holidays, dispatched next business day
  • Orders do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays

UK Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over £50 (excluding Channel Islands and Gibraltar)
  • Flat fee of £5 for orders under £50
  • Orders ship via Royal Mail or UPS depending on product and location
  • Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch
  • Dynavap products ship via UPS, estimated 3 to 5 working days after dispatch

EU Shipping

  • All EU orders ship via UPS only
  • Flat shipping rate: £19.45
  • Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 working days after dispatch
  • Orders rejected or returned due to customs are not eligible for shipping refunds

International Shipping (Outside UK & EU)

  • Shipping costs vary depending on destination and are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery may take up to 3 weeks after dispatch
  • Custom duties or local import fees may apply
  • Shipping fees are non refundable if parcels are refused or returned due to customs

  • We do not offer refunds or compensation for carrier delays once dispatched

Lost Parcels

Orders cannot be considered lost until 7 working days after dispatch. Once this period has passed, a carrier investigation can be initiated. Investigations typically tak 7 to 10 working days.
