Our warehouse is located in Northern Ireland. Orders shipped within the UK and EU do not incur additional customs or import charges. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and seasonal volume.
Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from info@herbalizestore.co.uk containing your tracking number.
Discreet Shipping
All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no product branding or
description of contents. The sender name does not reference Herbalize
Store.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Royal Mail (UK): 1 to 3 business days.
- UPS (UK): 3 to 5 business days.
- UPS (EU): 5 to 10 business days.
- International: Up to 3 weeks.
Free Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on UK orders over £50, excluding Channel Islands and Gibraltar.
- Flat fee of £5 for orders under £50.
- Orders ship via Royal Mail or UPS depending on product and location.
- Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
- Dynavap products ship via UPS, estimated 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
EU Shipping Policy
- All EU orders ship via UPS only.
- Flat shipping rate: £19.45.
- Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.
- Orders rejected or returned due to customs are not eligible for shipping refunds.
