The plantain (Plantago lanceolata) is usually grow up to 50 cm long with deep roots. It is also known as kebab herb, found growing in European countries. The leaves growing on the ground form a rosette. The small flowers form an ear at the end of a long style.
The aerial parts of the plants are freshly collected and dried.
