How to Complete the Warranty / Return Form

Please ensure all required fields are completed accurately to avoid delays.

  • Serial Number (S/N): This can usually be found on the back or bottom of the device. In some cases, it may also be printed on the original product box.
  • Proof of Issue: Upload a clear photo or short video demonstrating the reported fault.
  • Order Details: Warranty claims can only be submitted for orders placed within the last 6 months.

Does my vaporizer come with a warranty?

Yes! For each vaporizer, the warranty period and coverage are pursuant to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Most vaporizers come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Some with 2,5 or 10 years and even with a lifetime warranty.

We will help all customers with warranty during the first 6 months.

Post 6 months, we can handle the entire warranty process on most vaporizers, but some manufacturers request that all warranty claims are processed via them or by them directly.

We will assist customers wherever possible. We also offer free return shipment on faulty devices for up to 30 days. Please get in touch one of our representatives if you have any questions concerning the warranty on your vape.

How to return a product for a refund?

In addition to our Exchange Policy, we also offer a 14 Day Refund Policy if you wish to return your order for a refund.

Products returned for a refund must meet the criteria of our 14 Day Free Return Above.

Return Policy, and are also subject to the following policies:

  • We will usually refund you using the same method you used to pay for
    your order. You may be contacted for further information for some
    payment methods.
  • Post 14 days, you will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred to deliver and return the item.
  • Your refund will be processed within two business days after we receive your returned item.
  • We accept returns for a refund on products that are unused, sealed, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

If you’re returning a product because it is defective or the wrong item, please consider exchanging it instead.

We are happy to replace your product and strive to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our support team.

In some cases, unopened and unused products may be accepted for return after 30 days at our discretion. Where accepted, a 20% restocking fee will apply and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Got a faulty/defective item?

If you notice a defect in your item during use, firstly, check the instructions manual for the product, where you can usually find troubleshooting and warranty information.

I need to use my warranty what do I do?

Simply download your invoice from your order confirmation email or confirmation page.

If your purchase was made within the last 6 months, please complete our warranty form and our team will process your request as quickly as possible.

If your purchase was made more than 6 months ago, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support.

You can also contact us and a member of our customer service team will be happy to assist you with your warranty request as soon as possible.
