Check out the new updated Arizer Go SRT Review

The Arizer ArGo — also known as the Arizer Go — is a portable vaporizer so small it looks more like a miniature mobile than a portable vape. The good news is that in spite of being a dwarf in its category, it packs a big punch.

Even though it's a small vaporizer, it is one of the best on the market thanks to its amazing, super smooth, and intense vapour. Similar to other Arizer vaporizers, it features an all-glass vapour path and interchangeable batteries.

🌿 New from Arizer in 2026

Pros and Cons of the Arizer ArGo

Like every good thing, the Arizer ArGo has its pros and cons. Fortunately, the pros are quite strong in its favour — though some of the cons are deal breakers for certain buyers. Take a look:

PROS CONS
Compact size and portable Glass pieces break easily
Hybrid heating and session timer Not compatible with concentrates
Swappable batteries Battery life is short, charge time is long
Very discreet with mouthpiece guard Vapour clouds could be denser
Great vapour quality Better on lower heat settings
Built with high-quality materials Small for its price
Single-degree temperature increments Only 0.2g oven capacity

⚡ The cons above addressed in the Go SRT

The Arizer Go SRT brings a 5–15 second heat-up (vs 30–60 sec), a 21700 high-capacity battery with USB-C PD fast charging, three fully editable session presets, and a 0.3g capacity Go Shell system — directly tackling the most common criticisms of the ArGo.

Build Quality

The Arizer ArGo is a two-tone affair. The upper body is anodized aluminium while the lower portion is made from high-grade, heat-resistant plastic. As with all Arizer products, the ArGo is very high quality — beautiful, too. The difference in shade between the metal and plastic components gives it a distinct character.

Usually, plastic shells make us apprehensive, but not with Arizer's ArGo. The device feels solid in hand and oozes confidence with its subtle rounded edges and attention to detail.

The ArGo measures 50mm wide, 88mm tall, and 25mm broad. Despite its modest size, it feels unusually sturdy — helped by the rubberized lower section and stout overall profile.

Overall, the eye-catching design and the cylindrical mid-section housing the buttons and display leave a strong impression for a device at this price.

Design Elements

Arizer ArGo Review

The top section of the ArGo is not hinged and is a separate part from the rest of the unit. It's telescopic — it can be lifted along the body with the help of a small button at the side, then pushed back with a simple press. Once the top is depressed, it exposes a glass stem on one side.

The herbs are loaded at the lower end of the glass mouthpiece and pushed down from the top before starting a session. The glass tube is around 11mm in diameter and runs 15mm deep inside the ArGo's body — functioning as draw stem, cooling system, and bowl all in one.

When you're not using the device, press the button and the top slides up flush with the body, protecting the glass while you travel.

Arizer also include a silicone cap for the glass tube — a protective rubberised seal that lets you pre-pack the stem and keep material from falling out. It works smoothly, though it's the kind of small piece that's easy to misplace over time. Picking up a spare stem cap pack is worth considering early on.

How to Use the Arizer ArGo

How to load Arizer ArGo

Loading and unloading the ArGo is simple for everyone, beginners included:

  • Press the mouthpiece down so the aroma tube is exposed.
  • Pull out the glass tube and load your dry herb at the bottom.
  • Carefully push it back inside the oven chamber.
  • Turn on the unit by pressing the M and + buttons together until the device beeps and a smiley appears on the display.
  • Use the + and − buttons to set your temperature. The first draw is ready in under 30 seconds. A second beep signals you're good to go.
  • Inhale through the glass tube to begin your session.

What's on the Menu?

The ArGo's LED screen displays temperature, battery status, and other session details. Temperature adjusts precisely from 122°–428°F (45°–220°C) in one-degree increments. A menu button lets you adjust the shut-off timer, screen brightness, start-up timer, and sound indicator — no smartphone app required.

Vapour Quality

The vapour from the ArGo is tasty and very satisfying — that's the headline. The all-glass vapour path keeps flavour clean throughout the session.

At temperatures above 215°C the vapour starts getting noticeably warmer and the device runs a little hot. If you prefer a cooler vape, keep sessions below that threshold — or consider the Arizer Air MAX, which handles higher temperatures more comfortably.

Performance

The ArGo doesn't compete with industrial vaporizers like the Mighty or Crafty for cloud density. What it delivers is consistent mid-range flavour with reliable, satisfying draws — session after session.

The hybrid stainless steel and ceramic heating unit ensures consistent session timing and uniform vaporization. The 0.2g oven is small, but it returns an impressive number of hits per charge.

Battery life is around 90 minutes of use — but it takes 210 minutes to charge, which is a genuine weakness. The saving grace is that you can charge one battery while using another, which effectively removes the wait entirely if you pick up a spare.

🔋 Battery frustrating you?

The Arizer Go SRT uses a 21700 Li-Ion battery with USB-C PD fast charging and use-while-charging support — a significant improvement over the ArGo's 3.5-hour charge time.

Arizer ArGo Accessory Guide

Stem Cap Pack

The Stem Cap Pack contains 4 silicone caps that seal the glass stem. Keep at least 2 spares in your kit — they're easy to lose and you don't want to be without one mid-session.

Glass Stir Tool

The Arizer stir tool is sized perfectly for the ArGo's glass tube, letting you redistribute material mid-session for more even vaporization. You could use anything long and thin in a pinch, but the proper tool is cheap and fits perfectly.

Extra Battery

One of the ArGo's best features is its removable and replaceable battery. An extra 18650 cell is the single best accessory you can buy alongside it — swap rather than wait, and you'll never be stuck charging mid-session.

Glass Aroma Tube

The glass aroma tube is the one fragile part of an otherwise sturdy device. Accidents happen, so keeping a spare on hand saves you from an unexpected session cut short.

Arizer ArGo Pros and Cons Score

Who is the Arizer ArGo Best For?

The ArGo is the best vaporizer for someone looking for an affordable, high-value portable they can take anywhere, anytime.

It's an easy unit to use and understand — great for beginners, but also appealing to experienced vapers who want a simpler, discreet option without sacrificing vapour quality or temperature control.

All in all, the ArGo does a great job for such a small device and has real moments of greatness. If you want a compact, reliable portable at an accessible price, it's absolutely worth it.

If you're ready to step up to Arizer's latest and most capable portable, the Arizer Go SRT takes everything the ArGo does well and pushes it significantly further — faster heat-up, better battery, smarter session control, and the refined Go Shell system.
